The Ashley Cove community was developed in 1996 in Denver, North Carolina. It is located two miles off Highway 16 via Webbs Road.
There are 29 off-water lots, each with a deeded boatslip. Community boatslips are located on Burton Lane. The remaining 23 lots are waterfront including their own pier.
