Home Inspections

If you get an alarming inspection report on a home you’re buying or selling, don’t panic. Keep in mind that the inspection process has an element of subjectivity involved. Because of this, it’s always a good idea to get two opinions. It sometimes happens that one inspector may recommend repair while the other may recommend replacement. In those cases, finding an expert relating to your specific situation is the answer.

Keep in mind that buyers and sellers can negotiate a satisfactory monetary solution to the problem for an amount between the two estimates.
